Unit Flow helps you quickly detect deviations from expected flows, understand where units take unexpected paths, and gain deeper insight into what’s happening on your production line. By turning test and repair reports into an interactive process map, Unit Flow gives you a smarter, faster way to spot inefficiencies, reduce rework, and uncover root causes.

Visualize the Flow of Units Through Test and Repair Operations

The new Unit Flow module is a powerful tool designed to provide comprehensive visibility into how units move through your production line. It offers a smarter, more flexible way to visualize a product’s journey across test and repair processes—bringing deeper insight into your operations.

Unit Flow brings Clarity to Complex Data

Unit Flow builds a visual map based on test and repair reports, generating a main process flow while highlighting units that deviate from the standard path. This includes units that bypass steps, follow an unusual sequence, or skip processes altogether.

This level of transparency helps you spot inefficiencies, uncover root causes, and reduce rework and delays. Whether you’re monitoring standard production or investigating anomalies, Unit Flow brings clarity to complex data.

Customer Feedback So Far

Unit Flow has been available in beta on the cloud version of WATS and is now also supported for on-prem users. Throughout the beta period, we’ve worked closely with customers to fine-tune functionality, improve usability, and ensure the module meets real-world needs.

Several customers have already used Unit Flow to identify missing units or units that took unexpected paths—revealing breakdowns in process discipline or inconsistencies in execution.

With each iteration, we’re making Unit Flow easier to use, more insightful, and even better aligned with how test engineers work.
