As part of our continuous deployment process, these updates are now available for WATS Cloud users. For our on-premises customers, these releases will be available later this year.

Work-in-Progress Tracking
WIP Tracking enables you to see the process status of Units (based on UUT and UUR reports) and provides a matrix view of the process status. The Reporting page of WIP Tracking has been refreshed with a modern look and is now available for non-workflow users. The new release includes:

Repair Analysis
Updates and enhancements have been made to the Repair & RMA reports in Analytics to boost performance and overall user experience. New features include:

Software Package REST API
With this release, Enterprise users gain access to our new REST API for managing their Software Packages directly. The API offers various endpoints for creating, reading, updating, and deleting Software Packages.
