New Release: Unit Flow Now Available in Beta

Unit Flow

The new Unit Flow module is now available in beta for both cloud and on-prem installations. This feature provides a completely new way to visualize the flow of units through your test and repair operations — offering a smarter, more flexible way to gain insight into your production processes.

By leveraging this tool, users can quickly identify root causes of production issues, optimize process efficiency, reduce operational costs, and take proactive steps to prevent potential disruptions.

Unit Flow brings clarity to complex data

The new Unit Flow module is a powerful tool designed to provide comprehensive visibility into the flow of units across the production line. It offers a new way to visualize a product’s journey through your test and repair processes.

The flow is mapped based on test and repair reports, generating a main process flow while highlighting units that deviate from the standard path. This includes units that bypass certain steps, follow an unusual order, or skip processes altogether.

This level of transparency helps you spot inefficiencies, uncover root causes of issues, and reduce rework and delays. Whether you’re monitoring standard production or investigating anomalies, Unit Flow brings clarity to complex data.

Early Access Program

Unit Flow has been available in beta on the cloud version of WATS and is now also supported for on-prem users. Throughout the beta period, we’ve been working closely with customers to fine-tune functionality, improve usability, and ensure the module meets real-world needs.

With each iteration, we’re making it easier to use, more insightful, and more aligned with how test engineers work. The Unit Flow is available exclusively to select customers. For early access, please see WATS Unit Flow BETA Early Access Program.
