The Process Heatmap is one of our groundbreaking features in WATS and part of our Manufacturing Insights. This feature is a central place for starting root cause analysis, offering a more intuitive and efficient way to manage your manufacturing test data.
The Process Heatmap combine product-specific data with the typical yield information you might be used to see. However, the Process Heatmap not only displays products with their corresponding yield data but also correlates this with the unique testing flow each product goes through. The matrix view in the Process Heatmap displays both product and process in one view.
This approach allows for a comprehensive view of product movement throughout testing phases and natural process flows. What that means for you is that you’ll get a complete view of a product seeing exactly what you need to – totally customized for you and your business.
Quality management is all about details. With the Process Heatmap, users can zoom in to closely examine any aspect that appears ‘off’ in some way, be it pass/fail rates or yield anomalies.
